Webhooks

Under the Webhooks page you can manage all the webhooks to be notified when certain platform events occur.

You can use webhooks to integrate AskApollo with other systems, such as your own database or a third-party service.

Platform events are sent to the specified endpoint in the webhook as HTTP POST requests with a JSON payload.

Events

Following platform events are sent to the webhook. When you create a webhook you can decide on which events you want to sent to the endpoint:

conversation_created conversation_updated

ticket_created ticket_updated

lead_captured

Note: All the webhook messages are signed by secret key that you can find at the top of the Webhooks page. The signature is present ca_signature header of the request secret
