Manage Fields

Under this subtab you can add/modify/remove fields from your ticket form.

There are 2 system generated fields and cannot be removed from layout:

1. Email: This is a required field
2. Comments: This is a requried field. Labels for both fields can be changed to your liking.

Following field types are available:

1. Text
2. Text area
3. Email
4. Phone
5. Checkbox
6. Select
7. Multi-select
