Create a Ticket form

1. Click on Ticket Forms tab in the sidebar
2. On the Ticket Forms page click on Create new Ticket Form button. Enter a name for ticket form and hit Continue.
3. Now you can start configuring appearance, visibility the ticket form.

Add/Remove fields

Add/remove the fields of the ticket form using our form builder.

Add data sources

Yes, ticket form also has data sources that can make your life easier by generating responses to the ongoing ticket based on the user comments.
