FAQs

You can create FAQs and use them as data source.

The FAQs have dual role:

  1. Used as data source for chatbots & ticket system.
  2. Used in the FAQ center on the chatbot.

Follow the steps below to create a FAQ

  1. Navigate to FAQs tab in the sidebar.
  2. On the FAQs page click on Create FAQ button.
  3. Enter the title for FAQ and click on Create draft button. This will create the FAQ in Draft mode.
  4. Click on the FAQ record to open the Editor. Add content to the FAQ and click Save.
  5. To use the FAQ in the FAQ center and as a data source the FAQ should be Published first. Click on the Publish button to do so.
  6. Navigate to FAQs page and click on on the FAQ record. Click on Train Model option. This will start the training of the AI on the content from FAQ.
  7. The training will continue in the background and you can navigate to other sections of the platform.
