SMTP Settings

You can set your SMTP credentials under SMTP Settings (navigate from sidebar)

Whenever you add a comment to the ticket, these SMTP credentials will be used to send the update in email to your users.

You'll have to add following details (The credentials will always be stored with encryption on platform):

1. Sender details
   1. Sender Email: This is the email address the emails are sent from
   2. Sender Name: Name displayed in the recipient's inbox
2. SMTP provider settings
   1. Host: Hostname or IP address of your SMTP server.
   2. Port: Port used by your SMTP server.
   3. Usernme: The username for the smtp server.
   4. Password: The password for the smtp user.
