Modify the chatbot's personality

If you want your chatbot to sound relaxed and nice, you can try using a sentence like this in your instructions: "You are a friendly and casual AI Assistant."

Change how to respond to unknown queries

You can instruct your chatbot to say something like, "I don't have the information you are looking for, please contact admin." when it doesn't have a response.

Direct focus on certain topics

If you want your chatbot to be a specialist in a certain area, you could add, "You are expert in Customer Support activities"

Define boundaries

If you don't want your chatbot to share certain kinds of information, try, "Do not provide any financial advice."

Customizing your instructions helps your chatbot give the right information in a way that matches your brand's style and beliefs. It also stops your bot from making mistakes and answering questions it doesn't know about.

Creativity

You can set creativity to Precise, Balanced or Creative. The Precise value tells your chatbot to pick the answer it thinks is most likely, making its responses more steady and less random. You can change this and try different value to see what works best for you.
