Data Sources

You can add the trained websites, documents and faqs under Data Sources subtab. These data sources will be refered by your chatbot to answer any user query. If you have enabled the FAQ center, then the selected FAQs will be displayed under the FAQ tab.

Fine Tuning Data

Sometimes the chatbot is not able to give correct information. This could be due to low quality data or chatbot hallucinating (opens in a new tab).

So to make the chatbot responses more accurate you can add Fine tuning data.
