Settings

You can control the access of the chatbot. Whether the chatbot is available for public or which domains have access to chatbot, this can be set as per your need.

Visibility

You can set your chatbot visibility to Private or Public. Select Public when chatbot is ready and can be installed on the websites. Select "Private" to restrict the chatbot access on websites.

Allowed domains

Specify the website domains where you want to embed your chatbot.

Rate limit

Set rate limit to prevent any abuse from users by limiting the number of messages sent on the iframe and chat bubble. You can set a message as well to let your user know that they have reached the limit.
