You can customize chatbot to represent your brand and match your website's branding.

Chatbot

1. Headline: Set a headline for your chatbot.
2. Description: A description for the chatbot.
3. Show FAQs: Controls the visibility of FAQ center on the chatbot.
4. Welcome Messages: Messages that will appear over the chat bubble to grab user attention.
5. Default Questions: These are the question to help out your users.
6. Bubble Message: The message to display on the chat bubble.

Branding options

1. Brand Color: Choose your brand color to match your website's look and feel.
2. Theme: You can select the theme of the chatbot - Light or Dark.
3. Position: Select if the chatbot should be positioned on Right or Left side of the screen.
