Manage Tickets

You will see a list of tickets once you select the ticket form on the Tickets tab.

You can perform following actions:

  1. Add comment to the ticket.
  2. Generate comment using AI.
  3. Change the status of the ticket.
  4. Change the priority of the ticket. (only visible to you)
  5. Filter tickets.
  6. Check the ticket change history.
